Project Completion: Major Upgrade at Brentwood Centre

We are excited to announce the completion of a major project at the Brentwood Centre, in collaboration with Brentwood Borough Council. The project included a full overhaul of the mechanical ventilation system, electrical distribution equipment, and the installation of a 120kW solar PV system.

PES Ltd. isolated and removed the outdated equipment, resurfaced the roof, and installed the new ventilation plant. We also worked closely with the tenant to replace the electrical equipment, ensuring minimal disruption by using temporary generators. The solar PV system was installed in partnership with Sol Fuel, marking a significant step towards reducing the Centre’s carbon footprint.

Services Provided:

• Survey and report on existing mechanical ventilation.

• Electrical datalogging and plant removal.

• Roof resurfacing and installation of new air handling equipment.

• Full replacement of electrical distribution equipment to allow for the installation of solar PV. 

• Installation of a 120kW solar PV system upon an unused roof. 

This upgrade is part of Brentwood Borough Council’s broader efforts to enhance sustainability and reduce energy consumption at the Brentwood Centre.
