Working together with the client, we carried out a full refurbishment to a derelict warehouse. We calculated and provided all the necessary Electrical supplies to cater for heavy duty machinery including injection mould plant. We also installed the necessary air conditioning, domestic water and drainage modifications to enable the Client to have a good working environment and facilities to keep their staff happy.

PES Ltd Carried out a full site survey to allow us to calculate the cooling and heating requirements throughout the building, from air conditioning in the offices to industrial gas heaters within the warehouse to allow us to create a nice working temperature throughout the cold winter months, we created an efficient, environmental friendly working environment.

Due to the age of the original installation we encountered a substantial amount of Asbestos located within the building, we overcame the issue by getting a demolition survey carried out by a trusted UKAS accredited contractor and any traces of asbestos were removed before any work continued.
